A Pasadena Personal Injury Lawyer

If you participate in float decorating for The Rose Parade in Pasadena every year, you realize that a prick from a thorn is part of the territory—no big deal. However, if someone left the Governor’s Trophy float in drive and you are run over in the staging area, that isn’t acceptable. Some think that personal injury cases are all about chasing after a minor thorn prick. They aren’t. It is the latter. When someone is seriously injured through the negligence of another, they are seeking restitution for their losses and compensation for pain and suffering. Personal injury cases help people receive the compassionate help they deserve.

Personal injury cases also help society to become more aware of safety issues. Notable cases over the years have increased the sense of responsibility and concern for the safety of others in the workplace and other public venues. Bob M. Cohen & Associates takes personal injury cases very seriously. Holding negligent parties financially responsible helps victims and prevents accidents and injuries in the future.

With over 30 years of experience and OVER ONE BILLION DOLLARS in settlements and verdicts collected, Bob M. Cohen & Associates has the resources to handle any personal injury case. Contact us today for personal attention and dramatic results.

Our client Debbie’s story:

“California is a great place to own and ride a bicycle, especially if you are a competitor like me. I am not great; I just love to race. I signed up for a 25-mile individual race sponsored by a local bank last year that was to raise awareness for a cause, so it seemed like fun. I paid my $50.00 entry fee and looked forward to the excitement. However, on the day of the race, the organizers seemed more concerned about accommodating the news crews than the racers.

It was clear they knew little about bike races. In the middle of the race, the organizers decided to place a cameraperson on the back of a Honda Goldwing Motorcycle to get some good footage of the race. The cameraperson decided that a direct shot of me from the back was a good idea, (nice) but when they tried to get closer they accelerated into the back of my bicycle sending me head over heels down a steep decline and into a rocky barrow pit. My injuries were serious and extensive. Even though it was all caught on film, I didn’t make the 6:00 news. However, Bob Cohen & Associates made sure they got a copy of the tape for my case. It helped show the negligence of the organizers as well as the camera crew. My attorneys helped me receive the settlement I deserved from the Bank and its insurance company.”
